WE MADE IT!  We pushed through and came out stronger and resilient

 

Now it’s time to take care of YOU.  The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.  Being good to yourself is good for others, too. It has positive outcomes for you and also establishes a mindset that you will have for your entire life.


Self-care is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation. During this month, we will guide you to all the resources available to begin your practice and take action to protect your own well-being and happiness after this long period of uncertainty and stress.

June is “Self-Care” month.

Use the time to catch up on any podcasts that you missed during the year, and read the books that we’ve identified to support your wellness. 20 Topics are available for students to access in the GET SUPPORT section.
