We celebrate Wellness Wednesdays with all of our programs designed around the MonthlyAid theme, including podcast, peer group discussions and parentEd nights.
Every week we visit physical education classes and provide Wellness Wednesday lessons to educate students about physical, mental, and emotional well-being and the mind and body connection. Students will have the opportunity to listen to our podcast, learn mindfulness skills, and participate in activities led by Peer Counselors. Student will also have the opportunity to learn from inspirational speakers with the support of the Matthew Silverman Memorial Foundation. These lessons will help students learn positive, life long habits that contribute to well-being and success.
