Mindfulness Space



This is an inclusive safe space free from the expectations and pressures of time, home, and classroom. A rejuvenating place where students can chill out, talk, read, create, play or just rest.
Students can visit the mindfulness space before school, during nutrition or lunch and at 7th period. Students may also visit for 15 min during class time one time a week with teacher permission.
