Very excited for the 2023-24 school year and getting to know my students!

 

I've been teaching English and SPED for over 15 years -- eight years in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and seven years here in Los Angeles. It is clear to me that Beverly Hills High School is a very special place, and I feel fortunate to be working here with our students. 

 

A background on my education: I earned a BS in Liberal Arts, with a minor in English, from Villanova University, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Goddard College in Vermont, and a Masters of Special Education from Eastern University. This, along with being a parent and teaching in a variety of school environments, has informed my ability to connect, engage and educate my students.
