The process:
If you don’t already have one, create a personal Gmail account. You will be transferring your BHHS content into this account.
Once you have the Gmail account you are going to move your files into, go to https://takeout.google.com/transfer from your BHUSD account. Enter the email address of the Google Account where you want to copy your content.
Select Send code. On your Google Account, check your Gmail inbox for a confirmation email from Google. In the email, select Get confirmation code. A new tab will open with a code.
On your school account, go back to the "Transfer your content" page. Enter the code, then choose Verify.
Choose the content you'd like to copy, then select Start transfer.
Things to consider:
Depending on the amount and size of the files this process will take from 24 hours to 1 week.
Files may start to appear in batches as the process continues.
You will get a confirmation email when the transfer is complete.
