We will probably need the following for the CABARET:

Ken - Can you please make sure that the lights in the STC Patio are off from 6:00pm-9:00pm

1) at least 30 large tables for the patio. (I believe those are the rectangular ones)
2) at least 4 long tables for the science hallway (for food).
3) 1 or 2 long tables to be placed near the stage for the prizes and some of the props.
3) at least 2 long tables for the Silent Auction (also on the patio)
4) a small table for Ms.Austin if she will be taking the money and giving tickets for the food (like we did last year).
5) at least 150 chairs....more if possible.

Reminders:
1) We will be having a "tech" rehearsal the 3rd Period before the show. I will be sending a list to the staff to excuse students.
2) For the food-selling at intermission, we will need to set up the long tables in the hallway, but not in the "alcoves" in front of classrooms like last year - that was a disaster last year and we sold very little because a) no one could see them, and b) it was difficult to supervise. We could, however just move them down a bit further away from the door behind the stage.
3) Rick and the culinary kids will be selling things before the program as well.
4) Parents have been coordinating the Silent Auction. French Club will help.
5) My kids and I will be setting up the patio immediately after school on the 21st....it would be great if the tables were already set up.

That's it for now.....if I think of anything else, I will let you know....

We hope to make this another successful cabaret. The French department and French club has been doing this event for over the past 25 years!
