Senior Movie Night

Tim - I will need one guard at least for this event. Preferrably two guards.

Sig and Juan - 8 Tables and 8 chairs before 4 pm.

Plus 25 tables for the tennis courts for food.
200 chairs for tennis courts (8 chairs per table).

6 Trash Cans for the tennis courts for dinner. Then empty and bring onto field after the movie starts.

Blankets and water delivered at 4pm to the track next to the backstop/bullpen.

Step and Repeat setup at 4pm.
