Thank you for helping out with setting up for the Boys Soccer banquet. If all of our players and parents show up it will be around 100-120 people. But, I do not think we will get to that many. 

What we will need for the banquet:
-Sound System 
-Viewsonic or projector for presentations
-Tables and chairs set up for families to sit at
-Tables at the back of the room to set up for a buffet-style 
-Trash cans so we can keep the place spotless

We are setting it up like an awards ceremony but will give families time before the ceremony begins to grab food, hang out, and talk, then the ceremony will begin. Once we are done families will depart quickly and my staff and I will hang back to make sure we leave it the way it is when we get there.
