PLC    Professional Learning Communities: Independent Dept meeting and cycle work collaboration 

SM     Staff Meeting: supports cycle work. Admin structured. Faculty/whole group with dept/small grp breakouts. 

PPD    Personal Professional Day: teacher structured.  Teachers determine how they want to work/collaborate.  Optional PD with coaches.  No admin direction.
