Dear Students and Families,

In order to more efficiently accommodate textbook changes and pick•ups, we have improved and expanded the drive-thru procedure. Please review the following information before your visit.

Hours:

Tuesday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

•       7 a.m. - 11 a.m. : Seniors.Juniors

•       11 a.m. • 3 p.m.: Sophomores, Freshman

Process:

Drive-up only (walk-ups will be asked to exit)

Circle thru the student parking garage and up to the tents Complete a short order form there. (you know longer need to pre-order)

Staff will retrieve your books from the EOC and hand them to you in the car.

Who:

Parents ofl2thand11th grade students may visit T-F. 7 am -ll a.m. Parents of l0th and 9th-grade students may visit T-F, 11 a.m. - 3 p .m.

Students may drive-thru on their own ONLY during late start schooldays, Tues 8 -9:00.or Fri8-9:00. Otherwise, students are expected to be participating in their Google Classrooms

Before you arrive:

Determine which hours are dedicated to your grade level so you visit at the correct time. Bring a pen with you to complete the book order form. Pens will not be provided.

Know what you need. Teacher. grade, class title, book level (AP? Honors? French Ill? Etc. )

Know if your book is in stock Check with your teacher before visiting the drive-thru.

Out of Stock: 9th/10th vocab, Spanish I, Hebrew1, Intro to Culinary Note: All literature (novels/plays) will be provided in the form of e-books
