Coverage of more than 500,000 persons from antiquity through today, including profiles, articles from periodicals, reference sources, and images. Searchable by name, occupation, nationality, date of birth, and more. Renewed with a gift from ASB, 2008-2009. Expires April, 2010.
- Granger's World of Poetry
A comprehensive index to full-text poetry, excerpts, commentary, poetry in anthologies, and biographical information searchable by author, title, subject, and keyword.
- Literature Resource Center
Biographical information and critical essays on literary figures writing in such forms as fiction, non-fiction, drama, journalism, and more. Includes links to 5,000 websites focusing on major authors and their works, as well as searches by genre, ethnicity, time period, etc. Renewed with a gift from ASB, 2008-2009. Expires April, 2010.
- Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center - Renewed with Site Council Funds, 2010-2011.
An archive of information on sometimes controversial subjects, including the facts as well as the arguments of each topic’s proponents and detractors. Audible articles support differentiated learning needs.

Developed for teens, this database provides students with comprehensive curricular support and self-help tools on topics including diseases, drugs, alcohol, nutrition, fitness, mental health, diversity family life, and more. Content includes hotlines, teen narratives, and is reviewed by leading professionals in health, medicine, and counseling.
- ProQuest - Renewed with a gift from PTSA/Bosse Family, 2010-2011.
A database providing full-image articles originally published in magazines, newspapers and journals. ProQuest is searchable by word, publication, or topic, as well as by natural language queries.
