Welcome!
A New York native (Go Yankees!) Kate is in her fifth year at Beverly Hills High and having an amazing time!!
In 2001 she graduated from American University in Washington D.C., where she was a member of the Women's NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse team.
After pondering what to do with her life, Kate moved back to New York City after graduation to start a Masters program in Counseling while coaching lacrosse at Mamaroneck High School in New York. After graduating in 2004, she headed to the Left Coast for warmer weather, surfing and a job with LAUSD, more specifically, Manual Arts High School in South LA and then Huntington Park High School, located in South East Los Angeles.
In 2008, Kate saw a posting at Beverly Hills High and well, the rest is history!
Besides working as a counselor, Kate coaches the girl’s lacrosse program here at Beverly and is looking forward to a fabulous season!
