New Student Registration for Beverly Hills Public Schools Opens February 15
Each February, BHUSD begins accepting enrollment paperwork to welcome new students to the district for the coming school year.
Parents and guardians may begin the pre-enrollment process online via the New Student Enrollment Portal on the BHUSD website: https://beverlyhillsusd.asp.aeries.net/air/
Also beginning on February 15, office staff at each of the district’s school sites will accept enrollment paperwork for new students for the 2018-2019 school year. To ensure quality service, paperwork will only be accepted between 9 am to 11 am, and between 1pm to 3 pm.
For existing BHUSD students, the intra-district transfer application period will run from April 1st - May 31st 2018. A student must be registered at their school of residence or already enrolled in the district and must complete an application at the BHUSD District Office during this time frame.
Parents and guardians of all returning students will be asked to complete next school year’s emergency card and annual affirmations beginning in July 2018 via the Returning Student Portal on the BHUSD website: https://beverlyhillsusd.asp.aeries.net/Student/LoginParent.aspx?page=default.aspx
Returning families will be notified in July when the portal is open.
